Mô tả

Là loại dầu turbine cao cấp với tuổi thọ rất dài, được pha chế từ dầu gốc paraffin hydrotreated tinh chế cao kết hợp với các phụ gia như chất chống oxy hóa, chất ngăn ngừa gỉ sét, chất chống tạo bọt và chất tạo nhờn.

Ứng dụng
Được pha chế đặc biệt để sử dụng trong các hệ thống turbo như turbine hơi lớn, máy nén turbo tốc độ cao, máy nén turbo cho khí clo và máy phát điện hạt nhân.

Đặc tính kỹ thuật

• Chống oxy hóa xuất sắc – Sự kết hợp giữa chất chống oxy hóa và dầu gốc hydrotreated tinh chế cao đảm bảo độ ổn định oxy hóa xuất sắc trong điều kiện vận hành khắc nghiệt.
• Chống clo – Dầu gốc tinh chế cao với công thức phụ gia đặc biệt cho khả năng chống khí clo và axit clo.
• Chứa lưu huỳnh thấp – Dầu gốc hydrotreated tinh chế cao với hàm lượng lưu huỳnh cực thấp giúp cải thiện độ ổn định oxy hóa và giảm sự suy giảm do hình thành axit.
• Khả năng chống ăn mòn và gỉ sét vượt trội – Các chất chống gỉ và chất ức chế ăn mòn hiệu quả giúp ngăn ngừa sự ăn mòn do nước và axit sinh ra trong quá trình hư hỏng.

High Performance Turbine Oil

Description
Daphne Super Turbine Oil is a super long life premium turbine oil formulated with highly refined hydrotreated paraffinic base oil incorporating various additives such as oxidation inhibitor, rust prevention additive, anti-foaming and oiliness agents.

Application
Specially formulated for use in turbo system such as large steam turbine, high-speed turbo compressor, turbo compressor for chlorine gas and nuclear power generator.

Characteristics
1. Exceptional Oxidation Stability - A combination of oxidation inhibitor and highly refined hydrotreated base oil assures excellent oxidation stability under severe operating condition.
2. Anti-Chlorine Property - Highly refined base oil with special additive formulation for anti-chlorine gas and chlorine acid.
3. Low Sulphur Content - The highly refined hydrotreated base oil which has extremely low sulphur content further improves oxidation stability and deterioration due to the forming of acids.
4. Excellent Anti-Corrosion & Anti-Rust Properties - Effective rust preventive agent and corrosion inhibitor prevent corrosion caused by water and acid produced through deterioration process.
